Menus for Cruise Group Dinners

There will be three group dinners during the course of the Annual Cruise:

  • Launch Dinner; Belfast
  • Somes Sound
  • Finale Dinner; Camden

The menus for these dinners are provided to assist meal planning.


Catered Group Dinners Menus

 
Cruise Launch; Belfast; Thursday 31 July 2025
 
Location:  Belfast City Boathouse
 
Time:  1500 – 2100 hrs
 
Caterer:  Costal Critters Clambakes
 
Style:  Buffet; clambake table settings.
 
Menu: 
·      Cold duo appetizers
·      Clam chowder
·      Steamed lobster
·      Clams
·      Mussels
·      Classic red potatoes with sweet onions
·      Corn on the cob
·      Watermelon
 
Beverages:
·      Open cash bar [Staffed by Rollies Remote Bartending]
 
Notes:

MDI Pause; Somes Sound; Sunday 3 August 2025
 
Location:  HR Abel Yacht Yard; Boat Shed A
 
Time:  1500-1900 hrs
 
Caterer:  Big Cat’s Catering
 
Style:  Buffet; formal table settings.
 
Menu: 
·      Appetizers:
o   Rustic cheeseboard
o   Big Cats Stromboli with a ranch aioli
o   Roast beef crostinini with horseradish cheddar aioli
o   Antipasto Skewers
 
·      Bread Service:
o   Corn muffins with honey glaze
  
·      Entrees:
o   Big Cats 24 hour slow smoked pulled pork with apple bbq sauce
o   Brined Chicken Tenders with sauce choices:  Cilantro lime, pineapple, BBQ sauce, or Big Cat’s Alabama White BBQ sauce
o   Smoked BBQ sausage with Peppers and Onions
 
·      Side items:
o   Big Cat’s BBQ baked beans with pulled pork
o   Grilled seasonal vegetables with balsamic glaze
o   Big Cats potato salad
o   Big Cats caesar salad
 
Beverages:
·      BYOB

Caterer:  Chef Josh Enos
 
Style:  Buffet; formal table settings.
 
Menu: 
·      Appetizers:
o   Cheese and crackers 
o   Crudités
o   Bacon wrapped scallops
o   Stuffed mushrooms
 
·      Dinner: 
o   Baked Haddock
o   Lasagna 
o   Pesto pasta - as a vegetarian option
o   Chicken pesto – as addon for pesto pasta
o   Garlic butter dinner rolls
o   Garden salad with 2 dressings
o   Parmesan roasted green beans
 
·      Desert:
o   Variety of cookies
